All trainers and coaches are prior military or have worked with government/ military for at least 15 years. In addition to providing master facilitators, we also supply PCC-level executive coaching and ACC-level professional coaching with our ICF-accredited coaches.
Emile "Mo" Moured is the founder of Sight Picture, specializing in custom leadership and team development workshops and executive coaching. After serving as a Naval officer for over 25 years, Mo founded Sight Picture to continue to serve corporate, government and military leaders. With three decades of executive coaching, speaking, confidential advisement and in-the-trenches experience with civilian and military professionals, Mo believes that leadership comes from moment-by-moment decisions to invest in each other and in our own growth – and not automatically from one's position. Leadership and professional growth is for everyone, everyday.
Kermit Jones, Jr., is the founder of Kamel Alliance, a strategic implementation partner of Sight Picture. Kermit is a master trainer and a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC). With a focus on adaptive leadership and improving interpersonal relationships with individuals and in small teams, he brings 25 years of leadership experience in the military, government, and corporate enterprise. Kermit believes authenticity and intentionality are key to creating a positive impact.
