Course Objectives/Outcomes:

Can be offered as Individual Training to a cross functional group of individuals -or- as Team Training to a workcenter, team, board, etc.
Identify at least one Personal Improvement Goal or Team Goal that you are having difficulty achieving.
Inventory behaviors that work against the Goal(s).
Identify your “Immune System”: hidden competing commitments that are working against the Goal(s).
Discover powerful “Big Assumptions” that cause your “Immune System”to make it difficult to gain traction on reaching your Goal(s).
Learn to design and implement tests that challenge your Big Assumption(s) and help get you pressing forward in reaching the Goal!

Target Audience:

Individual Training is for anyone who wants to make progress on a goal that is important to them but they are having difficulty achieving. Team Training is for colleagues who work together in order to help their work centers/teams make measurable progress on their most pressing professional or organizational goals.
