Course Objectives/Outcomes:

Full Day:
Learn the four major groupings of personality types, called “temperaments”, and how they process information and make decisions.

1/2 Day:
(for those who have completed The Four Lenses™): Review the four temperaments.

Identify eight ways to motivate each of the four temperaments.
Develop a “motivation map” to learn how to multiply your effectiveness in leading the four different personality types.
Identify your specific leadership style from 16 personality types.
Learn how to lead from your style with confidence while understanding how to reinforce areas that do not naturally get your focused energy.
