Participants will learn how to build a cohesive leadership team, create, overcommunicate, and reinforce clarity to foster a healthy organizational culture.

Create Clarity:

  • Describe the model
  • Answer the Six Critical Questions:
    • Why do we exist?
    • How do we behave?
    • What do we do?
    • How will we succeed
    • What is most important, right now?
    • Who must do what?
Overcommunicate Clarity:

  • Define the goal of effective communication
  • Describe communication strategies
Reinforce Clarity:

  • Define the systems for reinforcing clarity
    • Discuss talent management
    • Describe performance management
