PROBLEM SOLVING
When challenges arise, the difference between progress and stagnation often comes down to problem-solving skill. Problem Solving is a hands-on, interactive course that equips participants with practical tools to get unstuck, manage stress, and move forward with clarity. Using the S.S.T.A. (Stop–Slow Down–Think–Act) model, participants learn to define problems accurately, generate creative solutions, make confident decisions, and evaluate results. Through a blend of self-assessment, peer coaching, and real-world application, this course helps employees strengthen both their mindset and method. Participants leave with a written plan for a current challenge, along with strategies for sustaining progress long after the workshop ends.
